Safety First

I dont even want to think about what could of happend had I ignored the fire alarm. I put out the fire with the hose as the firetrucks were pulling up to the house. Thanks to Noah who stayed calm and called 911. I definitely have a good safety tip for next years 4th.

Since Jonnie had to go to work the next day we left the party early and brought the boys and some of their friends home to light their fireworks.

We've been here at Fort Stewart for 2 1/2 years and have met alot of good people and had alot of fun. The Army has taught us alot of things. Most recently it taught us the Keg Stand. Jonnie tried to resist but it just got the best of him. And he won with 21 seconds. Good job Babe.

Dad finally got home and we went to a party. Pretty normal still.

Our day started like any normal 4th of July. The boys and I checked out the carnival while we waited for dad to come home.

First the boys had a little play time but then it was down to business. Andrue helped Little Peter put the finishing touches on his gear.

Jonnie's Catch

Jonnie caught a fish and Noah was there to unhook. Raylani stayed cool in the shade with her customized umbrella.

Back to Orange Park

After Zalkus picked up the boys we all headed back to Orange Park to hang out with Rayan and the family. Jonnie took time off from work to go with us this time. Doesn't Noah look so much more handsome since he finaly let us cut his hair? (He trusts no Georgia barber anymore.)

Sleepy Heads

Happy Birthday Jonnie! We didn't get any pictures from the party but we had a lot of fun. We watched Zalkus's boys the day after and this was the end result of his birthday weekend. Jonnie and Evan

Sunday

Before we left Sunday morning we got up and went fishing again. The boys practiced casting before going out on the canoe and I actually caught a fish. A pretty big one. Big Pete had to help me unhook it. Noah became really good at unhooking the fish and wasn't scared to hold them up for display.

Family

We worked up a healthy appetite after fishing all day.
